To register with Writerpenny, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. By signing up, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and truthful.
You retain full ownership of your creative works. By publishing on Writerpenny, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the platform.
Payouts are tied to both local and international bank accounts. Supported currencies include:

To maintain quality, fairness, and trust within the Writerpenny community, the following content and activities are strictly prohibited:
Writerpenny prioritizes originality, depth, and educational or creative value. Content that fails to meet these standards may be removed without notice.
To maintain platform integrity, quality standards, and fair earning distribution, Writerpenny may automatically apply a shadowban to accounts that exhibit suspicious, repetitive, or low-quality posting behavior.
A shadowban is a silent restriction that may reduce content visibility and temporarily prevent payout initiation, even if the account remains accessible to the user.

In addition, payout restrictions may occur where failed payments result from incorrect banking details, fund reversals, or compliance reviews linked to previous violations.
Where a shadowban is reviewed and removed by Writerpenny, eligible pending payouts are typically initiated within a maximum of twenty-four (24) hours, subject to payment processor timelines.
Users are strongly advised to publish original, meaningful content, avoid excessive posting, maintain niche consistency, and ensure accurate payout information in order to prevent future restrictions.
In order to maintain fairness and integrity across our platform, users are expected to post content with genuine intent to engage, educate, or entertain their audience. Every post on the platform is rewarded with a small base earning designed to encourage creativity, consistency, and participation. However, this system must not be exploited for personal gain through non-genuine activities.
It has come to our attention that some users attempt to abuse the base-earning feature by flooding the platform with unnecessary or repetitive posts solely to accumulate the daily base payment and quickly reach the minimum withdrawal threshold. Such behavior goes against the spirit of fair use and violates the ethical standards of this community.
Henceforth, any user found posting excessively for the purpose of earning the base reward alone, without genuine content value or engagement, will be cautioned under this rule. Upon detection, the user will receive a formal warning explaining the nature of the violation and the importance of responsible posting. During this warning stage, the user’s base earning feature may be temporarily paused for up to forty-eight (48) hours, and the account will be closely monitored.
If the same behavior continues after the initial warning, stricter action will follow. A repeated offense will result in a thirty (30) day posting restriction and temporary suspension of payout privileges. In severe or repeated cases, the account may face permanent suspension and forfeiture of accumulated earnings obtained through abusive posting.
This rule exists not to limit user freedom, but to ensure that earnings are genuinely deserved through creative effort and positive contribution. All users are encouraged to focus on producing original, meaningful, and engaging content rather than attempting to exploit the platform’s reward system. By doing so, we preserve a healthy and fair environment for every creator.
Accounts found violating Sections 5 and 6 of these Terms may be subject to enforcement actions, including but not limited to:
During an active suspension, earnings generated from ineligible content will not be paid. However, eligible earnings accumulated from compliant content may be reviewed and processed after the suspension period has ended.
Writerpenny does not tolerate repeated submission of low-value or non-constructive content. Continuous violations may result in extended suspension, permanent account termination, and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.
Users are strongly advised to carefully review and understand these Terms before publishing content. Compliance ensures a fair, rewarding, and professional environment for all creators.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an announcement on the platform. Your continued use of Writerpenny after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Writerpenny reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or misuse the platform. Any earned but unpaid balance may be forfeited in cases of fraud or violation.
We do not guarantee any specific earnings. Your income depends on your creativity, engagement, and adherence to our community standards.
